I don't get the complaints about this movie at all. Hatsumi would get destroyed by Reinhold, yet here he no diffs his equal. This movie was made for people who wanted the worlds of Baki and Kengan to meet. Don't take it too seriously.

Katsumi would probably win with high difficulty. Reinhold is smart but doesn’t use technique just strength

Hatsumi is a master of soft technique so yes if Julius got one solid strike on him he’s finished but remember that Sen pretty much no diffed Waka pre blast core and I’m sure Sen is used to fighting monsters of that build. Problem with Sen who is my second favorite Kengan character is he relies on his amazing talent and potential and rarely trains which was his big mistake when fighting Kanoh. Yes he trained for the fight but he was also expecting him to come at him with formless or the same way he fought Kaolan. Once Kanoh started using tactics and martial arts and I’m pretty sure pre initiative it was a one sided beat down. Even with Sen’s monster aikido and limiting line which is pretty much a step below pre initiative, it wasn’t enough to counter Kanoh and he paid for it with two dragon shots to the gut.

The only thing good about this was seeing cross overs. It's been sadly a long time sense any anime has done cross overs in general. Moving on, Baki vs Kegann could of been way better. For a series/project they've been hyping up sense 2020 they did good as job showing how AMAZING (sarcasm) there hard work came out to be. Love to see my money went up in flames there. Had to explain my therapist why I was in a bad mood on June 6, he actually couldn't blame me.

Most viewers problem with the movie is most likely and literally the mid animation quality, the fighters keep being pushed back into the stadium and falling onto the ground face forward 💀

I felt this crossover kind reduced the intensity of both series. Both series are unique in their own way common thing that's connecting is fight tournament inorder to maintain standard they are matching different levels of fighters
