Beside the point of, that in a real crossover (game), they would only fight to then realise they aren't eachothers enemies, to then work together against the real problem. I think if their (Game) universes collide and a real fight would break out, Kratos will win. It's gonna be a Batman vs Superman situation, where in Batman is a God as well. If Wukong dies, one of his hairs will keep going. If Kratos dies, he comes back with the power of Heaven (or Hell) on his side. And with that he will be able to take Wukong's budhahood away to make the fight even. So he will win eventually. But again if this crossover will really happen in a game, they will not be enemies. They will be brothers in arms, especially as they had a similar thing happening to them by other (higher up) gods. Wukong lost "his kind" (fellow gods or race) Kratos lost his wife and child (and the gods let him do it himself, so even worse) Realistically, Kratos will help Wukong by giving advice on what he did in GoW3 and how he felt afterwards. And let him choose his path. But since this would be a crossover game and the realistic thing is soft asf. Kratos will help Wukong destroy the gods that send Erlang.

Honestly, I want the climax of the new series to be Kratos vs Wukong. Whether as deadly enemies or friendly rivals. Just seems like it could make for an epic brawl. By the time Kratos makes his way through another couple of pantheons, it may even be closer.

The problem I always have with the gow trilogy is how lore kratos is so much stronger than what we get in gameplay(except for gow 3)and black myth has showed us that it’s possible to make the gameplay just as equal as the lore that’s what I really like about this game like the first boss fight with erlang shen is just so perfectly done and showes us the true power of wukang in just the first couple of minutes of the game not only in the cinematics but in the gameplay too thats something that the gow trilogy really misses I just wish I could feel kratoses true strength on my controller

The only time we play as the real Sun Wukong in Blackmyth was in the intro fight vs Erlang and he has no health bar😂,that is enough to put him well above Kratos both in lore and in gameplay.

I'm so happy for my childhood hero being recognized again. I'm in my 30s now and I watched Sun Wukong "Journey to the west" when I was around 8 to 10 years old. I'm still watching that series sometimes in KZbin and also have the physical copy of that series. There is the sequel of "Journey to the west". I don't remember the exact name of that series but I just remember it as "Black Lotus" because the main villain in that sequel has very powerful weapon which is called "Black Lotus". That treasure can control all the gods and all the Buddha. That sequel is so EPIC and I can see the true power of Wukong after he gain his Enlightenment (which is more powerful and advanced than Nirvana). Most people think Nirvana is more powerful than Enlightenment but actually not. Enlightenment is the one that will make you to become the Buddha. Nirvana stage is just the holy deity. There are many Buddhas but all of their power are different based on the Enlightenment they achieved. There are 4 most well-known Buddhas because of their ultimate Enlightenment. According to Gautama Buddha, there will be another Buddha who will become the fifth most powerful Buddha in all realms. Anyway it is interesting to read those.
