BISCUIT PUDDING :
Biscuit pudding is the perfect blend of soft biscuits and creamy sweetness, making it a quick and delicious dessert.
STEP- 1
~ Marie biscuits - 500 grams
Warm - hot milk- 500 ml
~ Sweetened condensed milk- 300 ml
~ Evaporated milk- 400 ml
Method:
~ Warm milk for 3 minutes , dip biscuits and arrange into a dish.
~ Make 5 layers of biscuits and each layer, add sweetened condensed milk and then evaporated milk.
~ Watch video up to end to understand the process.
~ Depending on your dish you do the layers of biscuit pudding ( I did 4 rounds of layering).
~ Broken pieces of biscuits add on the side of the dish.
TO MAKE DOUBLE CREAM :
STEP - 2
~ 500 ml of double cream
~ 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar or to taste
~ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method :
~ Mix double cream , powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
~ Beat with a electric mixer until medium peaks form.
LAST STEP:
~Add double cream on the biscuit pudding evenly.
~ Sprinkle unsweetened cocoa powder ( 1 teaspoon)
~ Garnish with crushed almonds and pistachio ( 3 tablespoons)
~ Refrigerate for 3- 4 hours and then serve chilled.
