lusteraliaszero Well some Developers have done stuff to prevent piracy in games making some games unwinnable like Arkham Asylum Batmans cape doesn't open in pirate versions. Anyway does the money go to the industry or to the guys at crunchyroll. I mean i have bought persona DVD's at comic con so i know by buying the DVD it directly supports them. I could go search it up and see where the revenue is going and what percentage the creator get's and all that but it's effort. Honestly though i play games more than i watch anime but the subscription is only £4.58 which is nothing so i'm two minds about it.

John Clelland Actually no, Arkham Asylum does have a winnable pirateable version. It's just that the developers leak a "fake" pirated version to make it seem unviable to the first people that pirate. It goes to both crunchyroll and the industry, obviously. They have to buy the licenses from the producers.
