If these older neighborhoods are like in Ellis County, it would be a benefit for you to point out 'no HOA'....some people looks specifically for those benefits as a buyer.

I went to Tribal All Day Cafe the last time I visited Dallas, the food is really good, very fresh. Can I suggest a future video of your favorite outdoor areas in DFW? Such as the Arboretum, etc. or whatever they may be? Thanks for these videos, very informative.
