Great apartments and certainly very nice areas as well. The vast majority of people, let alone people in their 20s, can't afford a $2,000+ apartment though. Would have been nice to see apartments in a slightly more realistic price range.
@ashleyalmonte89532 жыл бұрын
yea exactly
@chrisdeming92872 жыл бұрын
@@usr21882 Or you could try to be fiscally responsible and get an apartment at a reasonable price to begin with, so that you don’t need roommates to make it affordable. Pure stupidity paying $2000+ for an apartment.
@chrisdeming92872 жыл бұрын
@@usr21882 Your comment is insanely ignorant. The vast majority of Americans don’t even make enough to afford that kind of rent. And even if you are, you’re a dumbass for spending that kind of money on an apartment. It’s funny that you’re saying I don’t know how to manage my money, when you’re the one making stupid financial decisions by paying 2k+ on an apartment. At those prices, it makes more sense to just buy a house. That’s about the average cost of a monthly mortgage payment. There are plenty of great apartments in the Dallas area for $1000-1500 per month. Unless you live in a high-rent area like NYC or San Francisco/Los Angeles, there’s no excuse to not be able to find a good place to live for $1000-1500 per month in most areas. I searched Dallas apartments and filtered by price, with a cap of $1500 per month, and came up with over 7,000 results. Instead of putting your ignorance on display for everyone to see, why not do some research on what apartments actually cost. Otherwise, I’m going to assume you’re just another ignorant keyboard warrior with poor money management skills.
@lionedheart2 жыл бұрын
Exactly. People moving away from New York and LA for more affordable apartments. Yet she shows us the same price they rent in our area. Whats the point on showing us if its going to be the same price
@lionedheart2 жыл бұрын
@@usr21882 I disagree. If it were the same, people wouldn’t leave their expensive states to a cheaper one. Also, there are nice looking apartments with the same amenities and more for $600 a month Anyone who is paying $2,000 is a professional. So if they make 65k in LA and 65k in Dallas there’s a huge difference in saving costs
