Thank you, Bishop Yung for your teaching on the Holy Spirit and the movement of the Holy Spirit which cannot be controlled by rationalism or human engineering!

In our tiny Buxton, UK ekklesia we are doing a Discovery Bible Study of the Book of Acts, and having listened to this video (& especially our brother’s closing statement of his two hopes for Seoul Lausanne 4 I immediately said Amen! And, now the Congress is over, my hope is they (especially the ‘Western Evangelical & the rest of the Body of Christ worldwide’) will do just what he says? As he reiterates, Jesus's Great Commission fundamental conception is: Every Disciple is a Discipler; and this fulfills Hudson Taylor's slogan: "God's Work, done God's Way, will never lack resources"!

Thank you for the interview and comments! I was struck by the comments on the lack of reliance on the Holy Spirit combined with the negative effects of rationalism in the Western church, and that Western evangelism needs to give space for the majority world to develop their own identities. Many blessings 🙏

Thank you very much for your message and challenges to the current church. I believed with the whole of my heart that it is time to go back to the Bible. I love the book of Acts of the Apostles and your taking time to give me the insights for collaboration in our generation. God's richest blessings upon you always.

God has made my "workplace" a larger sphere of influence in the past year but it felt chaotic. Listening to Bishop Hwa Yung, I realize I have opportunity and the means to invite true partnership with the many I meet. His interview is remarkable and convicts me. Rather than worry about organizing and planning in detail, lean on the biblical truths and Holy Spirit for wisdom on how to use every opportunity for His Commission. You have blessed my day and my life.

I've spent so much time thinking about things like he's saying. I'm so happy to be part of Lausanne and hear people speak on such things, this is wonderful. As a Western Christian, I'll be thinking about how I can affect where I'm at and how to be quick to listen to those whose cultures I'm not familiar with.

Great insights...as one who participated in the Jesus Movement of the 1970s in California, my heart was stirred and reminded of how 'we didn't think about evangelism, we just shared with everyone!' Thank you for steering us back to a fresh look at the Book of Acts as our baseline. Lord, revive us, worldwide, again!
