We sponsor missionaries who have been beaten and robbed , but they don't stop attending church over something like that. I'm glad the apostles didn't stay home from church when they were beaten and put into prison. True Christians have the whole armor of God . When Jesus was tempted on the wilderness, He used scripture to fight off the devil. From your comment, you need to find a different church . Your current church is failing you miserably and un turn , you are failing Christ miserably .
