Hello Sarah. Do you always use No.12 Perle cotton for all fabrics when you smock or do you alter the size according to the weight of the fabric?

I tend to stick with size 12 perle cotton, and if I want a different weight, then I'll switch to a different fiber. I know some others who enjoy using size 8 perle cotton (that's thicker than size 12), but it's not my cup of tea, although, it's sewing, so you do you ;-)

What size needle are you using for the dmc 12? I have not found a needle that threads as easily as you do it? I’ve even tried needle threaders!
