Thank you. I just painted it. Looks 1000% better under paint!

Off to a great start Larry, as much as it is early days it's looking very good already. Of all the great legends of the second world war the Bismarck is my 2nd fav after the USS Enterprise CV6, I've got a1/350 Revell Bismarck that I made a year ago and I did that in the operation rheinburg livery, and I've considered getting 1/200 Bismarck but been unable to make a choice, considering getting 1/200 Scharnhorst... so I've got both sisters. Regardless your off to a great start, looking forward to the next episode well done and happy modelling mate 👍

Well perhaps the videos will help make a decision. I don’t foresee this taking near as long as titanic since there will be no interior spaces

@@LCModelBuilding Yeah I know what you mean, and yeah something tells me this might convince me to get this ship 😁, your a legend my friend 😁😉. That's actually very good that there's no interior spaces to work on like Titanic, it means you've less extreme challenges to face down, don't misunderstand me please.. your skills are masterful but every now and then we need a rest from intense modelling challenges. This is going to be awesome, looking forward to the next episode, stay safe mate 👍

Hi. You should use copper or aluminum auto adhesive foil. Much more easier to cut and apply. They can be moulded while applying using finger and a plastic 3mm rod.

I did it to emulate copper plate covering in the Cutty Sark hull

@@jessefagundes6965 great cal out. And up I should have thought about that prior. Too late now but I’ll keep that in mind for future builds. I’ve used that stuff numerous times for light blocking too in previous videos
