He’s by far the best fighter between 145-155 full camp full health volk is undefeated🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm a little late in this video but since Islam is injured and the UFC is probably pushing Topuria x Holloway to the 308 card, even though Volk said he wants to fight in the end of the year, I see as a great popular alternative for the UFC 307 that would avoid having to call Pereira again on short notice for a title fight or having Pantoja as very unpopular main-event, and it would be C. Oliveira x A. Volkanovski as a co-main and Pennington x Peña that is already rumored as the main-event. Of course the main attraction is the co-main fight and I believe it would be a huge fight for both of them to try to get back on track and very fun fo the crowd based on their style and their style and extreme high level.

Bc that’s not a real concept in the ufc. The term “weight bully” refers to A side fighters luring down champions from other divisions for money fights knowing they will be heavily outgunned at fighting up. UFC fans don’t understand this and for good reason that you should be happy - it’s impossible to occur bc the ufc is single banner promoted. In boxing you have 4 alphabet belts and multi stable promotion. Weight bully examples are things like Lomachenko having Rigondeaux fight two classes up while he was undefeated. Canelo asking Khan to come up way out of his league at the time only to eat the knockout of the year. Then you have examples in modern boxing to stay relevant still where it’s not necessarily a “bully” bc these aren’t mandatory but the fighter WANTS the payday and will accept the beating eg GGG vs Kell Brook. GGG didn’t call for that fight but he took it. Point is Volk can’t bully guys already in his division. He’s able to boil his body down: remember his very short so in theory there’s a reach advantage to be had over him . But all guys are boiling down so other featherweights aren’t being bullied when they themselves are able to cut weight. They sign a multi fight contract and fight off the ranking and what the promotion offer. They won’t have veto power barring injury as contenders and can’t demand hand picked fights like boxing can. Even their mandatories at times can be navigated around. A little more difficult but even that is possible. Thats why it’s impossible In the ufc
