He doesn't need too. His body is beat up. But hey fighting got him to the dance. Why not take one more at karate combat while he is still in decent form. It's not like it's a full blown MMA fight. He will regret it later on in life if he doesn't do it while he can.

I get your point and thanls for sharing! But as I mentioned just even making it to the fight through the fightcamp with his broken body will be a challenge and if he needs even more surgeries afterwards and is 1-2 against luke afterwards, I think he might regret it
