Bought one and my daughter put it together. I’ve been staring at it for 3 days lol. Thank God there are people like you doing videos like this. You saved me from having to read and go through the instructions which I clearly was avoiding!! 🙏

Lol. Too funny. Thank you for this. I am the same. I hate reading the instructions, and rarely do because I just get more frustrated because I don't follow directions well. Lol. Hope my son doesn't read this and think he has an excuse.

I love mine, I have a carpet and I also use it on my carpets. My carpet is low, so it works picks up my doggies accidents

Love your review and this machine is the best thing since sliced bread .... I am loving it, especially the steam mode cleaning up after dogs have been inside, cleans the floor much better than the old mop and bucket which ends up using dirty water on the floor ...

Got one from walmart ror 266 with two extra rollers and two solition bottles. Fairly excited we always have a dirty floor and im looking for a final solution rather than brooming and moping for the floor to be dirty again in 2 minutes

I am helping my daughter out after surgery. I am in love with this machine. She has 3 cats and a dog which used to be so much work. This machine is amazing! I have no animals but when I get home I will be buying one.

Hate when it's looking spotless and then I have to immediately start walking on it to only start the process on messing it up. 😆

@@jeiryasuth we just used it today and we are still very satisfied. I can see that the solution will be an added expense as we need refills but something about clean floors makes it worth it.

Dang it I was hoping to see you pulling it all out of the box to see how it all fits into the egg crate type material stuff it packaged in in the box...unfortunately it just doesn't meet my needs, mainly because of the super loud sound it makes, it's louder than any vaccume or even carpet cleaner ive ever owned. Won't work for me when my only time I can clean is in the evenings. First time I turned it on, evening time, it scared the snot outa me & woke up my kiddo. Deal breaker for me, other than that though this thing is absolutely awesome and makes cleaning the floors simplified not having to switch around a vaccume mop and carpet cleaner, just goes all one swoop through the house. It does acually get scuffs, hardened food spots,crumbs, dirt, wtv all scrubbed off fairly well. Seeing the filter afterwards prooves that & gives you that satisfying yet gross part, seeing everything you just cleaned off your floor. It's also easy to clean and rinse out when done.

This thing is pretty cool and convenient to not have to switch around from mop to vaccume when youve got hard wood floors throughout whole home and bunch of low pile rugs all over, this makes it a lot easier to just do one trip over the house. Its super easy to clean too which is nice cus you do really have to clean it after every use or else it will stink when trying to use again next time. The cord is hella long too which is nice, the cordless ones just dont seem to make it through the whole house. Only thing i really didnt like was the solution it came with has an extremely strong chemical smell and it gave me an instant migraine, i had to switch out the solution for something more natural. I am sensitive to smells though and chemicals so probably wouldnt bother most people. Im still returning this though cus I think for same price i can find a vacuum dry and wet robot one that i can just schedule to have it run throughout the day...i think, probably wont end up that way but im still researching the robot mop vacs to see if one of those will be as efficient

@@kalesiawright-voulgarellis7272 I only have an area rug in one room but it did very well. It has a strong suction on carpet so you will struggle a bit while using it on carpet.

The original crosswave gets a mildewy smell. Does this get that same smell?

@@aaronnickel9723 No I clean after each use but I did use once and I thought the filter was in and it wasn’t. Because it wasn’t in, it was leaving dirty water on the floor after each pass and the water did smell. But other than that one time, I haven’t smelled anything bad.

We just got a rug in my sons room and used it on it. Works very well. The suction is insane.

@@ElohiSilverEarthVentures It doesn't have a dry feature so I try to manage the steam button so I don't over wet the floor. Haven't really had a problem with floors being too wet.

Any chance your original video, unedited, has the part of acually pulling all the parts and egg crate mold things out? Odd question or request but im trying to return mine and am stumped as to how it all fits nicely in the box. I know amazon doesn't require the original box for returning but I'm funny about that and I guess ocd, perfectionist,lol. Figure it's worth a shot of asking you, or if you can remember where each part sat in the box and crate molds.

Does this have any attachments to clean in somewhat narrow crevices, for example lets say a 6 inch space?

@@nickc5374 No, it doesn't. It also only gets a little portion under cabinets/tables with 4 inch clearance. I have one in the video and it gets the front portion underneath but not all the way under. Have to sweep out or move the unit.

No complaints. It’s still doing a really good job on the floors. I can comfortably recommend it. I haven’t been using the self cleaning for some reason though. I usually just find myself cleaning the roll manually under water.

@@melissaorr4457 No you don't. We use the hardwood floor mode first then go Back over with steam mode.

Thanks for the review. We have oak wood floor boards and we need something that will clean but not leave the floors too wet. Did the Hydrosteam leave the floor wet or did it vacuum up most of the moisture on the floor?

So it depends how long you press the trigger. The liquid is released when you press or hold the trigger. So you can press it intermittently to release less liquid or keep pressed for consistent release.

I have to ask. You have water in the clean water tank and you are sure it's on steam mode?

@@NeerajRajput1990 So if you see in the video it's not like extreme steam. You usually see more steam when the water tank is low. It's really more of the wetness that you see when you press the trigger. You can see the steam but not as much as even I was expecting. But definitely if you look closely you should see steam. You said both things above were done, so If you don't see “any” steam at all I would reach out to customer service first or return it to give you peace of mind.

Do you use a different brush for carpet i find it works but i have to go over the spot multiple time. I wqs using the brush it came with do i purchase a different brush for it to work better?

@@sxytrini10 My house is all tile which is why I couldn't demonstrate in my video. I see comment above that advise to pull out the hair trap and makes it work great on carpet.

Why on earth would you pour the dirty water down your kitchen drain?? You are eventually going to deal with stopped up drains.

Absolutely correct. We had a laugh about it after. Hopefully we are ok. Wife doesn't like being on camera and tried her best to just get it over with. Sometimes we make errors while filming just from nerves and trying to just get through it. But you are right. Thanks for feedback.
