I'm at such a loss as to which one to get. My whole downstairs is wood except my bedroom is carpet that I want to replace soon. I have pets. I love the omniforce but trying to decide if I will miss out on the steam function.

The hydro steam can’t pick up large items due to the steam bar

The hydro steam has an area rug mode that only does dry mode, can you add that to the comparison?

I don't think he realizes it can vacuum alone just like the other one. Don't squeeze the trigger and it's a vacuum not a mop. Vacuum wars says it has great suction compared to the other one.

Do you have one the new Roborock flexi-pros? I see they were trying to give the cheaper one away on their site to reviewers. I know you buy yours. I see Dreame has a h14 coming out to compete so amazing how furious the Chinese completion is even though some models almost look like they are using the same parts between manufacturers.
