how is ur digestion when you eat meat ? is it easily digested i had been went into splenectomy as well as gallbladder remvoval a year bcz of HS doctors said to stay away from eating meat completely im curious to know ur daily diet love from india @Krystal

I mostly eat chicken breast, lean steak, turkey and fish. I don't drink coca cola only like once a month. I drink lots of water. I found this online I think it could really help you: Since your gallbladder can no longer help digest fat, you should avoid foods that are high in fat, such as fried foods, fatty meats, and whole milk dairy products. Instead, you can choose leaner cuts of meat and trim any excess fat. Some examples of lean meats you can eat include: Chicken breast, turkey, salmon, trout, herring and white fish like cod.

@ASHRAFuddin-bi6wk I'm so sorry to hear that you are getting frequent infections 😞 do the doctors tell you why you get infections so often? Yes I do drink about 5 liters of water daily. First thing when I wake up I drink a glass of cold water, and all day until I go to bed I am always drinking water. Make sure it's clean, purified water I don't like the way tap water tastes. I have not been sick with infections and blood transfusions since I was a child, after I got my spleen removed I felt better ever since. Your infections are probably caused by something else. 🤔

Does the vacuum come with a spinning brush inside the head? I'm worried about my own shedding hair tangling in a vacuum brush and getting it stuck 😅

Hi! Just checked and no it doesn't! ☺️ It has two little wheels one on the left and one on the right of the vacuum. I lose a lot of hair also and i have 5 pets, from what I can see there's definitely some hair tangled in there but the vacuum still works fine, hope this helps!
