actually bought one of these at a thrift shop for $2 just a few months ago. Not a replacement for a decent steam mop, but is great for wet spills and a quick run through

I had the bissell lift off upright that's in the background. Was a very good hoover which also had driven head which meant it powered across the room!! It ended up dying in 2007 after about 5 years use

This is an old video from a home shopping channel that no longer sells this machine. Go to Bissell’s website and you may find an online instruction book for this model.

It’s called a Bissell Flip It Hard Floor Cleaner because it’s only for hard floors, although you’d have trouble finding one new as it was discontinued several years ago.
