Just tried this in my apartment because I just got a new puppy, and I definitely recommend this product ! Now if you are trying to do a whole room you will use alot of solution but for this price everyone that owns a pet should have this , you're carpet will smell amazing

I used this machine yesterday, got good results -- my tips -- vac. the carpet first, have extra cleaning solution on hand, work slowly till you get comfortable with it, pre-treat any stains or spots before you start, empty contents into toilet not the sink or tub, once carpet dries, vac. again -- results should be good

Why does the clean water canister have to be refilled with water every three minutes? It's like when you squeeze the trigger on the handle the water must be pouring out.

once you are done, be sure to empty all the water from machine, wipe under the brush guard, I found lots of wet lint there, prop it up so it can air dry

It would appear that it used 1/4 tank of liquid on one pass, at that rate, the bottle of solution is only enough to clean one room.

You don’t want to rinse, the shampoos have a carpet protectant like scotch guard. Wash them and leave them to dry.

This machine doesn’t dry or suck the liquid it disperses. It doesn’t clean stains, at all.

No carpet cleaning machine recycles dirty water and puts it back on your carpet. I hear this so-called, "selling point" from time to time. It's like saying a banana is gluten free.
