So, hypothetically, could someone move their stack from one wallet to Cake Wallet, then to another Cake Wallet via Silent Payment, and then either leave it there or move it again to another (new) regular wallet, and all connection of that individual and their sats would be broken? Kind of like a CoinJoin, but easier, using Silent Payments with themselves? Asking for a friend. 😉

Silent payment is just a way of non interactively generate fresh address to the receiver. It's more of a usability improvement rather that privacy. Now you don't have to request new address everytime but generate it on the fly. It does not increase BTC privacy past that point.

In your case: generate fresh address in your wallet of choice and send coins there. If you want more forward privacy either open spending LN channel or do a coinjoin
