We talk about the 'Bitcoin Community' but who in fact are these anonymous 200 million wallet owners across the planet? Are we actually a community with common values and ideals? Could someone please tell me any other candidate for Satoshi other than Adam? PoW creator, and Networking, C++ and Cryptography master!

I think Adam is too honest to be able to hide such a fact for so long. His story around his interactions with Satoshi seems too legitimate. I still think Satoshi genuinely went underground and "moved onto other things". guess we'll never know unless someone tells us it's him/her, pledges to move a certain number of sats from their wallet and then does so.

Len Sassaman was a talented cypherpunk and his mind might seem like it could have created Bitcoin as a rebellion against the established technology, but that's not the case. Bitcoin operates as a decentralized coin under strict rules. That's why the protocol is very important and must function autonomously. Currently, Bitcoin does not operate in that manner.

@@thestonemaster81 - 100% agreed but that's true of almost any new technology, opinion or idea, hence the idiom "you can lead a horse to water...". We can but put the information out there and trust that just as you and I came across a piece of information that resonated and led us down the rabbit hole, perhaps the next interview or conversation will do the same for someone else
