What's your agenda here? I was looking for a lobster mac recipe to try, found this, tried it and it ROCKED. I shared it with two people and one said to check out this "woke" comment. Why can no one just appreciate people sharing a recipe and their passion. This comment is super bizarre. If you have self doubts about your skills, do not be ignorant to others taking the time out of their day to post about their culinary brilliance. To the actual content creator, this was fantastic, I was able to adapt it to my natural gas BBQ with some additional steps. Thank you for sharing. Side note: what I did was do a lobster and chopped broccoli medley on the grill, used that in place of the authors lobster. Minimal oil as full clawed lobsters and shelled fish grilled perfectly underneath. I followed this amazing recipe as she suggested as myself were in it for good. I mean gouda. Sorry for the cheesy joke. I personally was always afraid to over flavor with the shellfish and cheese, but this recipe was perfect from the get go. I host this on sundays in my dart league and tell everyone to not be "Shell-Fish" but get early for the food. Thank Tini.

Im going to try making your mac & cheese this weekend. I always used sharp cheddar and cream cheese w/ buttered bread crumbs (and never added paprika or dijion!)- but Im gonna switch it up b/c I adore you amd it looks amazing.
