I played the game and wanted to make my person trans, but there is no coming out or therapy or hormones, just straight to surgery! 😂 So I mowed lawns and got a part time job, surgery done after a couple years. What a game.

Yes but you also have to remember that all of the events take course over a year. It would take a lot of additional work to just have a button that says "come out to them" or something
