Hi Lynn 🤗 Another little hack for the toilet freshener is to bend the thin plastic piece into a triangular shape, insert it towards the back of the bowl directly underneath the toilet rim and slide it either to the right or left hand side of the toilet bowl (personal pref) the only part that will be visible are the coloured freshening balls.. To remove, slide towards the back of the bowl and pull downwards👍🏼 Looks neat & doesn’t budge!.. Simples! 😁

Your air fryer looks great and so big and looks a lovely dinner. We survived the red warning in Scotland where I live on the Ayrshire coast and luckily no damage but lots of people round about us had roofs off, walls & fences down and lots of trampolines blowing about. Hi Lynn, I am late watching your video as yesterday was a terrifyingly awful day here in central Scotland with the huge storm. I couldn't relax to do anything....the wind was gusting at 90+mph, so frightening. We were fortunate this time with no damage, but so many left with huge building repairs. Oh I did, we had a lovely time, she’s has me wrapped around her little finger hahaha. I don’t mind though because she’ll only be little for such a short time, she’s growing up so fast, she’s 4 in Feb, so she’ll be going to school on September 🤦🏼‍♀️ making memories with our little ones is the best, so precious ❤️ yes I can do, I try not to do it too near home, because it can be a bit dangerous, but next Friday I’ll be popping to my sons house to look after Ida, and I do drive through some countryside at times so I’ll try and film that for you. I’ll have a practice and see if my camera stand is in a good enough position. Harvey loves chips, but I’ve never been a big chip lover, I much prefer new potatoes, or gratin etc. My husband calls lettuce and tomatoes salad haha, I like all the extra bits on mine. Good morning Lynn, I do use those for loo. That was a great hack thanks. Honestly I can hardly concentrate as weather here is horrendous 😫 hurricane winds, ive been watching my garden furniture blowing about garden even though it had been secured and weighted down 😢 I had to stop looking out the window as my anxiety levels are soaring. Glad you like it Sandra. Oh it’s terrible. I really feel for you and all the people who are badly affected by this shocking weather. We once had a bad experience in around 1990, the wind blew a massive hole in our roof, and blew windows on, we had to evacuate dodging flying tiles. Wind cans do so much damage, so just stay inside of you can till it passes. Ida has been an absolute delight today, she’s adorable ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Lynn,nice grocery shopping,I really love to wander around a grocery store,looking at what’s new. I really don’t eat what I think of as an English diet,I nannied in Jewish households for the first few years here,then married an American with a German mother,about the only really English thing I now eat is banana sandwiches with butter. I don’t buy sausages.bacon,ham,or processed meats(salami,chorizo,etc) I eat a lot of vegetables,cheese,and I love carbs,but I only eat chips about 4-5 a year,usually if I get a fast food chicken sandwich,I never buy frozen chips,but I will make what Americans call home fries,leftover cooked potatoes sliced up,and sautéed with onions. Salads are very good,so enjoy Lynn. 😊❤❤

Hi Lynn, isn’t it amazing that being sat watching someone show their food shopping can be captivating! Your items always seem to be better looking and more interesting than when I go to Tesco. It may be that as I hate food shopping and don’t go very often, so do not see things you see. I think you have got it down to a fine art! Also - no clothes - so well done. Your dinner you did in the air fryer looked delicious by the way. I don’t know if you went to the clothes recycling at Tesco in this video or a previous one, but it reminded me that I think I saw a viewer comment (not sure if it was on your video) advising people not to put clothes in the recycling at Tesco as it goes to rag waste, and therefore does not benefit people. Not sure if this is true, but hope not as you have sent some lovely items there that someone else would be so grateful to be able to wear. As you go Tesco you may know more about what the arrangements are. Have a lovely day with Ida. I’ve been watching the planes landing etc at Manchester airport, and for a long time no departures or landings at Leeds Bradford. Some arrivals were quite scary with go-around and 2nd attempts, and diversions to other airports. One EasyJet went to Londonderry from Manchester, couldn’t land and so came back to Manchester. Someone left a comment that it was a Londonderry day trip fly around tour! The pilots were amazing. Thanks for the video.

Hi Hazel, I think it’s because people very often, including myself, get very stuck buying the same things week after week, and watching grocery hauls can give us a few different ideas on what to make for tea. I really do like food shopping so I do look for some different options when I go, but if you don’t like it you probably want to get in and out as soon as possible. Every blue moon I can be sensible lol, not too often though. I’m not sure about all Tescos, but my one has Salvation Army bins and sometimes I’ll put some in there, other times I go to the charity shops, and then if I go to the bins at Asda they have several different ones, cancer research etc, then at our local tip, they have a special section for decent clothes, toys etc, and once a month a man comes, fills a big van with it all, and drives it all the way to the Ukraine to give it to the people there, so I distribute them across quite a few. I would never take them for rags unless they are torn or not fit to wear. I’ve had a lovely day with Ida, she’s a treasure to look after. I couldn’t think of anything worse than being in an aeroplane in windy weather that’s so extreme, the pilots are so brave and amazing aren’t they. Thanks for watching Hazel. Hi Lynn, Enjoyed your video today. I enjoy seeing the prices of things and converting them to Australian dollars..some are so cheap but others a little more expensive than here. Just a little tip, I do hope you don't mind me telling you,,, but,, I had a relative who worked for a charity emptying the charity bins and he said that often people..horrible people obviously.. empty dirty nappies, dog poo and other nasty garbage into them, which contaminates everything else in there and it all has to be destroyed...so it is far far better to actually take your lovely donations into the shop and hand them over to the ladies there.. just letting you know and you may like to mention this to your followers if you want. I can’t believe the prices of some things there in Australia, we’re lucky here in comparison I suppose. OMG I’ve never heard of that, how disgusting is that. There are some vile people in this world. Don’t get me started on traffic works and lights. Went to Dentist yesterday….only seven miles each way and went through seven lots of temporary lights. Admittedly two lots were for tree lopping which I imagine was where trees were identified as a possible problem with the forecasted storm. Talk about Mrs Grumpy! Toilet hack brilliant….have just been and changed mine! So….you can teach an old dog new tricks! Have a lovely time with Ida. I was supposed to be spending my morning with my two great granddaughters and their mums but I chickened out in the stormy winds this morning. We were going to a garden centre indoor play area but the way there for me was through many wooded roads. I don’t worry about driving in rain and snow but hate wind! Oh Liz, it’s the Bain of my life I can tell you. Ours is a five way junction, and they put temporary lights up that only let one way go at a time, it’s infuriating because it’s unnecessary. And to top it off nobody seems to be working on whatever is the cause of it, ridiculous. We are never too old to learn are we. I had a fab time with Ida, she’s so funny now. Much better to stay in if you can, and wait for it to pass, it’s too risky. It’s so dangerous driving in wind, you just never know when a tree will fall, so I’m sure you will have a lovely time with them all very soon. Stay safe ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Lynn, great hack, unfortunately my toilet is different, hard to explain it has two holes where the water comes out and at an angle so if I hooked it through it would be sitting sideways but I will pass this on to my niece. Well I never expected to be shown your toilet, it’s very nice though and a good hack. We’ve just had a new septic put in and I’ve been told I’m not allowed to us any toilet products, it’s a bio one. So I’ve been using cleaning vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. I’m just so afraid if I use anything else I’ll damage the system. Your tea looked lovely, as you said very healthy.
