Bits of the Bird; Bird River Canoe Trip

Six day canoe trip on the Bird River, Nopiming Provincial Park, Manitoba.
From Tulabi Falls campground to Snowshoe Lake, return. Good pickerel fishing. Trumpeter swans, bald eagles, various birds and water fowl. The steps on the first portages are really nice; it used to be a muddy slippery slope. A relaxing, gorgeous trip.
