you keep getting better man! Just needs a bit of a higher climax with a quicker buildup, IMO! You're in the good path, Hamauzu junior!

Feels like the music that would play in an RPG sequence when you have to stand your ground and fight against a bunch of foot soldiers.

It amazes me how much we can feel some FF vibes in total original musics. I'm happy that you're doing original work instead of sticking to what you do ! Do you have a Discord or something, to chat or even announce new uploads ?
@BitSymphony6 жыл бұрын
John Dufaye thank you! I will be doing more of them! I don't have any of those, whenever I have a new song ready it goes straight to the shared folder I have on Google drive for people who bought any collection, then I upload it to KZbin and share on Facebook. But it's a nice suggestion I may setup an account in Dischord.

One of your best work with Opening: Bombing Mission, in my opinion. Damn this song is EPIC ! That piano sequence is magic, I thought this song was coming from the FFVII's OST but it's an original song, congratulations man ! Thank you for sharing this, I love this song and a lot of FFVII and FFIX's OST so keep up the great work, I love what you do ! Many thanks.

For the reprise of the quiet section @ 3:56, I instinctively prepared for an inclusion of bass, like the kind you hear bending and sliding in Yasunori Mitsuda's studio recordings. Dunno quite why! Guess that's why it's instinct.

This is really good ! It reminds me of boss battle themes from FFXI or FFXIII. But I feel that the music isn't... ...complete ? I feel like it would need some kind of harp or something, in the background, that would do its own thing, perhaps. Or some strings. Still, as I said, it's really good ! I would totally let you compose the music for my game, if I made one :)
@ImBrendanNotBrandon6 жыл бұрын
I was gonna say it has a build up and a refrain but no BREAK DOWN of hard and elegant sound. A cascade of strings would be fantastic.

I had been wondering if you were creating any original works, and I must say, this is by far my favorite song out of your library, including the remakes. I have attempted to find you on your Facebook and Wix links, but I notice that they are both expired. I wish to get in touch with you, but I don't know how else to do so. Is there a way that we can send each other some message through KZbin?

Wow your work is amazing! What kind of software do you use? I would really like to learn how to compose original pieces. But I don't have any instruments
@BitSymphony6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I use Cubase, but pretty much any DAW will do as long as it supports VST instruments. I use lot's of sample based VST's from CineSamples, Spitfire Audio, and others. They are expensive though, but there are a lot of good free VST's around, you should check them out, there are good youtube videos on them and articles you can google.

Heavy Kenji Ito/Masashi Hamauzu vibes here... If this had more of a jazz vibe added I can see this being apart of Unlimited Saga (A visual and musical masterpiece, A gameplay mediocrity)
