When I was younger, I used to bite my nails until they’re bleeding. What i did before was always bring a nail clipper with me. Then i got super interested with nail art and extensions. Now im hooked, and taught myself how to do simple nail arts. 🥰😍

This video helps me be less afraid and self judging about doing my own nails. I struggle so much with non dom hand and am hard on myself for needing a lot of beads , needing to file tons, etc. but knowing it’s like this for others helps a lot. There are no rules. Just get em done! (So I stop picking my cuticles!!)

I so totally understand where you're coming from so what I used to do when I would takeoff my nails I will go in slightly buffalo little bit of my nails and then I will go in with nail polish and paint on them and that would prevent me of biting my nails.

Sarah, have you ever tried using nail forms with the acrylic on your non-dominant hand? I struggle terribly with my right hand cuz I'm right-handed so I saw a video where you actually use the dual form where the acrylic and I took my time. Actually make a little nice designs in it and everything and then apply it with one final bead to the nail. Just like you would acrogel or Polly gel and they lasted a pretty long time

I am a nail bitter since I was a little girl, and have always been conscious about my nails which is why I started doing my own nails (It was kind of embarrassing going to the salon with those bitten fingers), it's become a therapeutic process for me, but yes I understand, I have to do my nails the exact same day I take them off, otherwise bad things happen.

I'm not a nail biter, per say, but I chew the skin around my nails when I don't have enhancements on. My naturals have been so wrecked - 100% my own fault from doing everything I tell my clients NOT to do, like don't pick your nails off, don't use them as tools or they'll pop/rip off, etc. It's been a rough winter with my BF having had shoulder surgery and me having to do nearly everything. I've been trying to let my natural nails grow out a bit so I can start with fresh, healthy nails... but then I chew... I tried dip powder last week and that was disastrous! They all popped within four days. I might have to just do a short set like yours and DEMAND of myself that if/when they need removing to soak them off. *fingers crossed! * Love the look of these, by the way. Very elegant.
