Nigerian cell is not for criminals, it's for the innocent people. The main criminals are walking freely, some are inducted into the police force, and majority of the criminals are in politics rulling us. I just imagine if they have used one of our divine deity(IFA) to check who is innocent or not, we wouldn't have the innocent in our cell. People who commit no crime are being slaughtered in Nigeria. No. Capital offences like armed robbery and murder are the only ones that attract death sentence not someone who received stolen goods. And it is the High Courts that pronounced death after conviction. That's the brutality of military rule. Even cases of armed robbery or murder goes to lawyers for legal advice. State lawyers will look into every page and many times they advice that there is no evidence to link the person with the offence.
