I just discovered your content. It is great. I'm glad to see you are making new videos and that they are on the security topics that I'm looking for good info on. The quality of your videos and the way you present is great. It's nice to see a fellow Canadian doing great work that makes security accessible and understandable to others. Keep it up please.

Great work man! your videos are always easy to understand and follow. I learned a lot about securing my Gmail from an older video and it was great! Your definitely helping a lot of people to be more aware about online security. 👍🏽

Really helpful video, especially given I've been given about 6 months or less left to live so the emergency access is particularly useful for me as I will give my mum emergency access.

About the backup code at 13:13, what's a good place to store the backup code? Do people store this in BitWarden itself? Or print it and store it in a safe?
@iRahz.2 жыл бұрын
Printed and in a safe.

Hye; I'm a Bitwarden user in free mode. I was looking for the interest to upgrade in premium version. Just a first comment: now, the free and ^premium account are available for 2 users. It's written on the pricing page. For the totp, I'm not sure that using it with the same equipement is very safe. So, for me, upgrade to premium has limited interest but ... for 10 $ ! Thanks for the video

Can you do a video on how you would export your vault to a USB and then Be able to view the encrypted data?

I wonder what happens if you eventually downgrade to free? Hopefully certain features simply are no longer usable but that nothing interferes with your password entries.

I'm currently using 2FAS which has an option to export all the 2FA codes so will I be able to import 2FA Codes into Bitwarden?

Hi ! I liked the way you explained the difference between free and premium account in depth and simplicity. I have one doubt though as i am new to password manager which password manager is better between Bitwarden and NordPass.
@Jai_hind3 жыл бұрын
I have the same doubt which is best do you know ?
@JavaJake1232 жыл бұрын
Bitwarden, it’s open source and nord pass is owned by nord, who created nord vpn which has had a lot of issues.

What’s the point of having 2fa in a single service? You may similarly have 100fa with no security improvements whatsoever 😊

I was hoping Bitwarden offered two-factor Authentication as I find it a pain in the bum.

As it has 2 factor authentication you most likely mean a particular one.
