Awesome vid! I did not get the chance to play against Lara at Prague and I have to say I really like the deck. Greasefang is fun but too inconsistent, Lara seems like the perfect mix of staples and legendary artifacts. Hope we will see her in more videos!

I think I was the only one playing Lara in Prague, so not a lot of chances on that xD Planning to show more videos with her, definitely!

Hey guys! Awesome video as always! I have been watching you guys for awhile now! I was curious if you guys ever thought of doing a budget deck tech or maybe budget alternatives for some expensive cards that this format uses? I have some new player friends who would love to get into the format. Just a thought. Love the content guys!

Thanks! We've tried some budget-content long time ago, but it's a bit boring as it mostly comes down to mono-coloured decks only. Feel free to invite your friends to our Discord, where they can discuss their decks with us :)

One of the few games where a rat biker can fight a video game treasure hunter....I'm glad I already knew how bonkers MTG actually is, or this would've raised a lot of questions.

Is there a specific situation that you're referring to, or are you talking about the deckbuild?

This video is a decent showcase for a combo-centric deck, but I have to dock points for using that awful Greasefang art. The alternate may be cartoonish, but at least it isn't ugly.

I actually think the special art is kinda weird, but that might make it appealing to some of us :D

@@bitzelberg I just feel like the main art is so harsh and sharp, especially in contrast to the original look of the nezumi. Maybe it's the art technique actual, the shift from physical medium to digital that makes brings Greasefang into sharp contrast and gross reality. Also I hate her indistinct, soulless cyberpunk gear. The only charm to her base art is the bike. I can definitely admit that the alternate is pretty "out there" but I find it a pleasant or charming absurdity. There's also more clarity. Obviously Victor Minguez is a talented artist, but his art doesn't feel like he was told he was painting a main character, while Tapioca's art seems more aware of the goal. Anyway, thank you for coming to my MTG art podcast :D Oh, and I meant to say congratulations that your color combination is getting some good support (are you excited to try that weird Pokemon creature from the new set?).

@@MasterDecoy1W at least you like the bike too ;) I don't think the Pokemon is playable tbh., but more Temur is great :)
