In the given example, we have obtained that the value of Tschuprow Co-efficient of Contingency as 0.28. How do we interpret the coefficient? Is it lower the score the higher is the dependency?

why we used this specific equation for expected value .. what does it mean ?

+Noureddin Sadawi use the concept of P(A intersection B) = P(A) X P(B) [ from probability theory] The formula is quite similar to this concept. I am not sure whether i am correct or completely wrong, but intuitively it feels that way.
