Hi andi 🙋🏻‍♀️ మనం తినేవి అన్నీ అలవాటు చేయాలని మా ఇంట్లో చిన్న పిల్లలకు ప్రత్యేకంగా ఫుడ్ ఏమీ ప్రిపేర్ చేయరు అండి! అన్నం మెత్తగా వండి కూరలు వండాక కారం తక్కువ వేసి ముందుగా వాళ్లకోసం కొద్దిగా తీసి, తర్వాత ఇంట్లో వాళ్ళ రుచికి తగ్గట్టు కారం వేస్తారు, ఏదో ఒకటే ఫుడ్ పెడితే వాళ్లకి కూడా రుచి తెలియకుండా బోర్ అనిపిస్తుంది.. ప్రతి ఫుడ్ అలవాటు చేయండి! ముఖ్యంగా మోషన్ సరిగా అయ్యేలా ప్రతిరోజూ యాపిల్ లేదా సీజనల్ ఫ్రూట్ తప్పకుండా ఇవ్వండి, ఆకలి బాగా వేయాలి అంటే పొట్ట క్లీన్ గా ఉండాలి..
