I’m glad my little brother recommended me Bjork. He is 16 and he’s into this kind of music. Very very sad album, and what a great artist

your brother sounds awesome. i just turned 21 and have been listening to bjork for about two years, but when i was 16 i didn't know my head from my ass. maybe this is a bold assumption but based on his taste in music at that age, he must be very emotionally mature.

The production on this album is insane! I just got the vinyl for this last night and hearing it all for the first time. I've loved her first 3 albums and electronic music for decades now, and this album became my favorite of all time in just one day. It transports me to another universe and makes me forget about everything else. I don't even need to pay attention to the lyrics...just lay down between 2 speakers, and take it all in. The layers, mixing, and panning in the production are top notch. It's one of the best engineered albums I've ever heard. A masterpiece.

Bond is not broken. Bond is solid. I am anchored in your lake. My sould was torn apart, but the equinox reformed it. I ascend, and I pull my anchor with me, but not out of your lake. I pull your lake up too. I know the direction. I can do this. No blackness can resist the light. Your lake will shine as the light fills it. The bond is too solid to ever be broken. I am here. I will never abandon you as long as Persephone guides me. She is limitless determination, and I have vowed everything to her.
