"Geschmacksache"(a matter of taste) was an artist-plays-his/her-favourite-videos show on the now defunct german video channel Viva 2. This is from a 1997 (or '98, I'm not sure) episode featuring Björk as guest, playing tracks by Aphex Twin, Einstürzende Neubauten, Kate Bush etc.
This clip contains her introductions only, not the actual music videos (to save upload time and to avoid some copyright problems). Grabbed from an old VHS tape.

She was my neighbour for 4 years, i used to see her and chat with her quite often. She is everything but relaxing because she has a lot of thoughts and she can keep you awake for weeks if you let her. But she is a terrific human being and the best neighbour one could dream of. That was in Iceland by the way where i am from as well. Sometimes in the morning she would steal my milk and leave a CD instead or a ring or another piece of jewellery and when i would ask her about my missing milk she would say it was probably a crow or some other bird which stole the milk and left something shiny instead, which they stole from her house. She is an unusual person in the most perfect way. I used to tell her that i hope when Aliens invade the earth they will meet her first and will understand that there is hope for mankind" and she would answer, "sadly aliens will never land in Iceland, but somewhere crowded with humans and will ask to speak to our leader (that was the bush era) and so bush will introduce himself and they will wipe out the planet of all humans"

She is still alive and if you find yourself in Iceland on holiday for at least a week, go walk around the arbour where she lives, do the local music bars in the evening and visit some of the old antique shops in Reykjavik and you are almost certain to run into her. Just introduce yourself without acting like a fanatic and i am certain she will be open to the conversation.

Bjork is the only artist comparable to Kate Bush in my own opinion even though they are different in so many ways & from different eras they are intrinsically alike ie magical,mystical,sensual,open & pure creative force this is true girl power ! Xxx
