It's not her original, though. It's a cover by Betty Hutton from 1951. But, that's just the American version. The original is "Und jetzt ist es still" (1948) by Horst Wunter. And, you mention "Dancer in the dark". The song from that film is "I've seen it all".

Keep or delete? I wouldn't delete ANYTHING from Björk. Also, "Dancer in the Dark" is an amazing, but crushing film. The sort of film that makes you say, "This was so effing good, but I don't want to ever watch it again." The soundtrack of that film is amazing (obviously done by her) and she has a collaboration with Thom Yorke from Radiohead in one of her songs from that album.
