This is so much better than standard tutorials because we can see the techniques performed live. So much condensed value. Thanks coach 🙏

Man I love those roll narration, I have watched all of them on your channel multiple times, as well as some of your instructionals, and I find myself using a lot of the moves you showed in them. You have highly influenced the way I roll. I don’t want to be a one trick pony and the diversity of your techniques is astonishing and helping me in becoming a complete grappler. You are giving an mma seminar at my gym later this month but I only do BJJ. I wished you did a BJJ seminar as well. Thank you for your content Firas you are really making a difference

This is amazing coach. As a fresh blue belt, I learn some things here that feel like cheat codes when I roll with other blue belts. Can you also make a video on MMA takedowns? Adapting to strikes and MMA distance in order to get a TD is a thing many people struggle with IMO. And of course, we all want a full youtube seminar on button pushing and barbecuing...
@paragon17824 жыл бұрын
Important topic. As far as I know the only decent mma takedowns off the cage are clinch takedowns fake punches into post singles like edgar, Cruz's dart into knee tap. And reactive headmovment based shots. Oh and tjs fake overhand shifting trip double thing that rose does

Congratulations on the reopen! I've started my jiu-jitsu journey a month ago and I heavily rely on your content. The great thing about those narration videos is that they show how it would look like when you try some of the techniques that you show in the short tutorial videos in real life. So what is that I usually start by going through the tutorial videos and then watch some narrated rolls. God bliss!

what fascinates me about black belts is how you come up with a road map from one move to the other in just a fraction of a second. Just the ability to follow a flow, then redirect when there's a fork in the road is something I'm extremely impressed by. I white belt as myself would be like "Oh he's defending my pass, better fight this leg and that arm" but you just fake a redirect then go into something else that's totally unguarded.

Black belts making roll narration videos are like, "As you can see here, I am caught in my opponent's X-guard. Naturally, I will begin to cycle through my 101 escapes, each of which leads to 1001 possible submissions. Very easy, would recommend."
@oglow1004 жыл бұрын
With experience, things that were initially so complex become set patterns in your brain. Instead of thinking about where youre putting your leg or what you're doing with your hands you often just think of the position and your hands and feet go to the right places. At that point you can strategize so much more easily.
