I'm glad he's saying to have proper instruction. Kbs are often used with really bad form and people go either too light or too heavy. Steve Cotter and Joe Daniels are excellent kettlebell resources for anyone that wants to learn. Edit* going "up on the hand" during a get up is not a "variation". It's one of the positions of a get up.
