I like it but when I was trying it the guy would just sprawl out. And I couldn't get the knee with my head.

Guy on top will base with his right arm if it's not trapped

Trap them with your elbows. My issue was they would sprawl their knees out

@@MikeVieira Word. I would look up the wrestling bridge if you like this move since a lot of wrestlers can quickly bridge out of bottom side control in a way that Jiu Jitsu guys aren't used to.
