good to have unboxing videos. since I was unsure what came with mine. busy busy busy! for the last two weeks. I just now tried it out my my bike! and it failed! failed to stay on(I only found out when I came home after a long ride at midnight) and the turn signals are wonk! they get stuck and won't turn off no matter how many times you push the button! I don't trust this thing for riding a bike! I want to KNOW it is on, not just "hope" no one hits me from behind! I am subbing you because good information and good unboxing you just enabled me to return it! I was not sure my open face white box came with a top or not,(it does not) only the outer superficial sleeve! thanks! now I just need to locate my USB charging cable.

Oh man.. that sucks .. I am sorry for that, my unit is still fine. I use it daily.. I got used to check the blinking LED in the control pad to make sure it is working in the rear light. It could be more visible, perhaps make some sort of sounds though 🤔 I am not sure how the new models are .. perhaps better or not .. Thanks for subscribing any way... Radar is the future. Car sensing technology already exists on some models to alert the rider. I got buzzed by a rude driver yesterday driving a corvette thinking he was funny but there was somebody's wife and two husbands plus fathers and a mother that he risked the lives of not to mention business owners, car enthusiasts, and it really looks shameful. I know where he was heading and could have easily ridden over to the casino where he was headed to apply some instant carma myself to his prized possession. Car drivers think that they can just drive off but they forget we are actually part of the area that they live in too and can easily figure out what their patterns in life are and where they live and who or what matters most to them. We also have cameras fixed to us and our bikes to record licenses, and events which will make things even easier. So maybe that corvette drivers might want to think twice about how he drives and he won't have to come out from the casino and find his car keyed, tires slashed, Windows chipped, lights cracked, and house burned because he's easily within riding distance and we obviously have plenty of time were riding bikes around with nothing else to do. Of course I'm just kidding and would never do that its just an example of why radar would be nice. The suggestive lane size light is nice on this light!

Oh man,,, I do share your frustration! I dont know why,,, some drivers believe that they are buying the streets and other rights when buying luxury cars. They love to park those s*** anywhere they feel like and no respect for others. Usually people without culture. One of my friends has on his bike the best gadget against these kind of drivers: a baseball bat. It is actually quite used! Specially against taxi drivers who doesn't respect any bikes as well :( Anyway,,,, tks for watching :) This laser light is quite interesting. and may help a bit to keep the cars distance :) Cheers

I got one for my motorized bicycle, and it can't handle the vibration, it goes of by its self. Maybe it works on a normal street bicycle. I guess it won't work on btt bikes, but who needs that off-road anyway...

@@BK42Cycles I'm not using it on a btt, I've used it on an on road motorized bicycle and as I said it can't handle the vibration of the motor, I turn it on, start riding and after a short while it goes of by it self. I've seen a review where someone said it was not appropriate for btt off-road use because of the same issue.

Got this today. Not sure if its the original as in other videos u can cleary see it black box( not white) and the word Meilan has like letter C infront of it while this one doesn't. I find the instruction booklet images poorly printed. And no clear instructions of how to replace the controller CR2032 battery!

Hi mate, what can I say?! About mine, one year later the batteries are as good as new ( I guess that would be the most important thing as they are rechargeable ) and all functions working well. I got this light and I can confirm that it flashes like a Christmas tree while braking which is very annoying, what's more, the actual accelerometer is calibrated such a way that it triggers the flashing more often than you'd want to and the flashing always goes on for 15 seconds as it does not have any means to understand that you stopped or not breaking anymore. I sold it for a version that does not have an accelerometer for these reasons

Hi buddy, unfortunately there is no way to deactivate the light sensor. So during the day it doesn't work. There is a simple and easy work around covering the sensor .. than it will work all the time Thanks

Hi Casius, it never happened to me. I am not sure how to pair them. I can try to find out next wek. I am out on vacation. Try to check if the battery is charged, as well, make sure that there is nothing blocking the battery and the contacts.

Что то не понятно, я повернул например на лево, мне что надо сразу повернуть на права? Что визде одно и тоже видео не понятное? Значит если я повернул на лево как остановит поворотник? Нужно нажать на среднюю кнопку? Кто это придумал вобще не понятно? Так если днём едешь допустим то нельзя нажать на поворотники?
