As a ref I would keep counting the guy after 2nd knockdown. At the moment the ref is setting the fight to continue the guy who was knocked down is not even standing properly, you can see , he is almost sitting, because He Is still "drunk" after the hits he get before. Ref should be watching your eyes while counting you and communicate with you, so He Is 100% sure, you are Ok to keep fighting. This is health hazard guys.
