First comment here! hello, so nice to see you again in another ABBA Journey and with your friend, the nice Lady from Australia there is much to say about "One of us" (1981) 1) It is a beautiful song, it has a soft melody and melancholic lyrics that allow Agnetha to shine with a very sweet voice, and a catchy and harmonic chorus 2) was ABBA's last big hit, #1 in several European countries and #3 in the UK (last single Top 10 of their 18 consecutives between 1975/1982) 3) recorded at the end of 1981, the two couples were already separated (Agnetha & Björn almost 3 years ago, Benny & Frida a few months ago) 4) the official video is very good, it shows Agnetha (with a more mature beauty) acting sober and convincing rebuilding a love life from a move 5) In my opinion it is together with "Slipping through my fingers" and "The Visitors (crackin'up) the best song from the album "The Visitors" , where the melancholy and rawness of their lyrics is most pronounced in the context of a complex album of musical exploration away from ABBA's signature pop, and an image of the four singles over the two couples some fans said, with ABBA comeback in 2021, that the new song "Don't shut me down" is a sequence of "One of us" after 40 years "Don't shut me down" (2021) is a fantastic song, a new ABBA masterpiece, and last Top10 in UK to ABBA an other countries, included #1 in Sweden and Switzerland My greetings to you and the Lady from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷 South América

I'm glad you brought up the possible reasons for your sore back (ABBA and really Frida).........cause we were all thinking it!🤣🤣🤣 I would love for you to react to "Aven en blomma" by Frida. It is a great video (shot in black and white) and a kick butt song. And Frida looks absolutely stunning.

This is a really good song. Beautifully led by Agnetha. Poor Frida cut off all of her hair because she was depressed. Benny left her for another woman.

Poor Frida , the recording of this video was made on Nov 30 1981 Benny married Mona 4 days later!! And there son Ludvig was born Jan 82 , no wonder Frida looks broken 😢😢

OMG - once again! Agnetha is pronounced like this: Since she uses her tongue when she sings, itś: Tong-netha >> Angnetha = Agnetha. OK? I'm Swedish so You can Trust me - AND I saw ABBA live 1975.

Brookie, dear boy. You really have to take care with that weight training! I have heard that it can lead to eyesight problems in the future. I suppose, having had a life with people being particularly inept at pronouncing my own name, I'm particularly sensitive to it. After over sixty years, I've now reluctantly accepted it and contextualized it in the broader scope of things. Let's just say that I had numerous childhood crises that I had to get through and people got on my wick when they kept mispronouncing it, a lot of the time - it seemed - on purpose.
