The MTB economy is definitely a thing - for a quite few years now we have travelled to from Scotland different parts of the world riding trails for 3 week vacations. This year Tennessee, North Carolina and West Virginia are getting our Scottish pounds - can't wait.

I love it! It's great to hear that there's new trail. Regular Hough is fun but it could get monotonous after a while. Rode Toll Gate last year. That shuttle is where we bumped into Joe and Robert.

Super cool! Yeah, I think regular Hough is a great appetizer!

if you get a travel trailer you'll want a 3/4th ton truck. or an F150 Lithtning would work as you mentioned, aside from the short towing range and long charge times with their current batteries (ford is playing it pretty cautious with battery tech). Fully load out the trailer with a solar+battery system.

I agree with the comments about the couples ride, great energy Bk we love it🌲⚒️🪵🏔️🪨We are Trailbuilders You should come see us in Klamath Falls(Spence Mountain) just finished a Blue called “Chinquapin” a 2 mile DH on north side of Spenc Mountain. I am sure you have been here before I am just not seeing it right away. We have already moved out and cut over 400ft on a new mile called Eagle ridge out along Upper Klamath Lake. Spence Mountain is getting on the radar BK but a lot of people in Bend have never heard of it but ya. I think your rhythm is much like ours in the sense we build here til fire season puts us out, conduct maintenance on a badass trail the boss built on Bachelor with buckets of rocks hammered into slope🤷♂️😳⚒️ but ya then we bug out to AZ, Moab, etc then come back here Spring. Great “work” man!!

Haven't looked at the hybrid, I love the idea of going full electric!
@joshua_isaac-5 ай бұрын
@@bkxc full electric is sweet if you’ve got a short drive or have the time to stop and charge up, at least that’s what I have gathered. Towing significantly reduces the range on an electric vehicle. The hybrid can be used as a generator, but sounds like you’ve got that covered at Everstoke! I’m sure you will do your own research and get the best one that suits you, good luck hunting. Keep the good vids coming!

I don’t understand why American and Canadian trails are so labour intensive to create. If you need dynamite to make a trail that’s just ridiculous. The U.K. trails are 90 natural with some hand dug berms and jumps. If you feel the need to remove every rock and root you’re in the wrong sport.
