And sadly this also applies to my other sister. I thought of her as a best friend. She was older than me. I kind of looked up to her. But then she asked me for money. Money she knew I didn’t have. She used her whole family for money. Then suddenly she stopped talking to all of us. Last I saw her was at our dad’s funeral. She used that moment to make it about her. When I was the one that took care of our dad everyday. I made sure he ate and got to his appointments. I talked to him everyday. Not like her who called only for money. My brother called and would talk to him for an hour at a time. My other sister would visit when she could. This sister did nothing. I am sad because it ended up making us distant from her sons, my nephews. I miss them so much.
