Can I just pull it from the outside I have a finger size hole in it someone cracked it?, so I can place new one

You can if it is already broken. I'd still do it like I did in the video, just to make sure I don't damage the other parts.

Mine mirror has RVM, can I remove it just like you did, without damaging anything?

I've never done that job, but I suspect that so long as you are careful you should be ok.
