Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. I just went through this. My relationship was for 8 years. I was in your situation back in Nov23, took me a solid 6 months to recover. She left for someone else. I Still have my moments here and there.i will tell you this, It takes as long as you let it. The quicker you go no contact and find ways to improve yourself, gym holidays spend time with friends/family etc the quicker you will heal. It's all in your head. The thoughts will ease over time and you will look back and wonder what you was even worrying about. Besides, U never know the no contact may even trigger them to reach out.

Although I like to hear this, I’ve kinda excepted my ex has moved on… she has another guy now.. happens to be a guy I introduced her too guy I thought was my friend. She’s happy with him it seems.. Continue no contact, and start no contact with her friend, too! If your wife really wanted to sincerely contact you, im sure she has the necessary information, she would have! Women play games too and often what we say is actually the opposite of what we truly mean. Nevertheless, she probably only contacting you now because she cant find a good enough man to replace you! The "you didnt put up a good fight" is the best lie she thinks you will fall for! But im no expert, do what you feel is best, but I wouldnt give the same person a 2nd chance to hurt me again. @@pinkpur37 Never do that kind of thing trust me i did that after 8 months of NC and it made it worse when i tried to mend things..She felt uncomfortable af for me to reach out to her and talk to her like nothing happened that was last year in December,6 months later and nothing,no sign,no regret,no reach out..i truly believe its over for good and i have to start forgetting about her and move on with my life for good..i truly dont care if she will come back or not,i am done of "waiting" around...

My relationship of 5 years ended 3 weeks ago. For background he is 32 and I am 52 (w/ 2 kids - tweens from previous relationship). He said we are in different places. I am settled with career, house and children) and he is still figuring it out. I went NC from the day he ended things with the exception of sending a thank you card to his mom-she was like a grandmother to the kids and I need to say thank you…did not reference ex or our break up. It’s been 3 weeks and I am now torn was to whether I want him back or not. I am not sure if given our age gap I should give up all together. Until the breakup he was my rock and now he is a stranger. My dear, I understand how you feel about your situation but I’m still going to tell you that this is not the end of time, because so many of us especially we the ladies. So many of us lie in bed and scroll through social media after a breakup. They want to see their ex, check in on what they're doing, and maybe even do a little spying. But absolutely none of that is helpful. I’m still going to still explain more to you about my situation with my man is a long story but I’m still going to cut it short to your understanding my dear. I was in a relationship with my man for the past 6 years and both of us were planing for the marriage and both of us were excited about that, but one day he left home a came home late and he was angry and I asked him what is wrong he didn’t answer me I was so confused about that he suddenly changed at that moment and the next statement to comes out of his mouth I’m not interested anymore I was dying inside me at that moment and he left me just like that and move to another state. I was crying because it really hurts but I was still having this mindset that everything is going to work out for me. All you can do is what you are doing now, unfortunately a lot of people do not start no contact immediately. A lot of times that 2-3 months you stay in communication after the breakup is enough to help your ex move on. The distance also doesn’t help. But stay in no contact, it’s still your best move

I'm not sure she's hurting, she was still really emotional and seemed doubtful but at the same time sure she wanted to stay broken up during the first 2 weeks after the breakup and would text me and want to hang out with me still, but after I told her that I can't be her friend and tried to know more about why she broke up since it was so sudden she got furious at me. I texted her a week after we were last together with a long heartfelt message but she just replied telling me how angry she was and that if I can't be just a friend she's going to cut me off permanently so I decided to go no contact and it's been 3 weeks now without hearing a peep. I felt like she was confused and kept giving me mixed signals, telling me she loves me and wants us back together but then telling me she just wants a friendship and we have to be ready to never get back together.

I have a question for anyone watching these videos... if my ex gf broke up with me, moved out, and has been talking, dating, and sexually being with other men, if things later down the road were to be better between us, as a young man still learning, us it okay to accept her back? Im very territorial type of guy and maybe might be immature but i cant really fully accept her back kniwing shes engaged in sexual acts with multiple men. I dont know. I know i might be wrong for this but she also states that she no longer ever wants to be with me. She wants to co parent and be able to get along. I do love her still and part of me wants to say yes i will still accept her but part of me wont either. Keep in mind, we have a 4 year old daughter together. We were together for 6 years. I was not the best bf at all times and she also wasnt the best gf to me. I am really struggling with overthinking, anxiety, depression, sadness, even thoughts of suicide. But it would be selfish to my daughter to do that.

Work on yourself first. Heal and self improve. Once she sees that, she will get attraction back. Then you will need to decide. It's hard to see it now, but you need to grow and be a better father for your kids. Once you see your old self coming back with ambitions. It'll get easier. Im speaking from someone who went through the same thing. Best thing to do is no contact, work on a stronger mindset, keep pushing, and strive for a legacy. I hope my 2cents help.

I totally get you about everything you feel. My parents are together and love each other but my father lives in a different country since i was 7. I’m 30 now. Sure both of them tried their best to be the best parents in the universe. But even if i spent a few months a year with my father, growing up without the full presence of a parent affected me lot. Ask yourself what is more important for your child? If the answer is to have their both parents in her life and be there at all her life events feeling love and supported, then you really have to work on yourself and be with her mother. By that i mean, make sure you get your needs met, take time to be happy on your own so you can set the boundaries and understand what you want from a healthy relationship. She has to improve her ways too and choose you for who you are. I have jealousy issues so i get you. If she dates other man and gets back to you it’s because you have become a better fit for her. So take it as a compliment. But she won’t come back if you are depressed. I know how challenging my depression was for my partner. But if being emotional is a big part of who you are, and depression is always there with you, even if she comes back, the life of your daughter will be hell, seeing her parents not getting along. So then understand your emotions first and look for a partner that can understand and deal with your emotional needs. For another ex i had, my emotions were never ever a problem. Even when i had constant panic attacks and mood swings. We broke up because we had different life goals. But what i mean is that if being emotional is your essence and you can’t stop being triggered that your ex slept with other men, just date someone that accepts you for who you are. In this case your child will be much more happier with a family that provides love and peace. And about suicidal thoughts. My last partner was upset everytime I mentioned that i wanted to die and really avoided this conversations and made me feel guilty for feeling that way. But my other ex would always say something empathetic or redirect my attention with questions like ‘how do you imagine life on the other side’, ‘what kind of ghost would you be’ or ‘wouldn’t it be nice to have an ending of suffering’? Or other times saying things like ‘ it’s not worth trying it, what if you fail and have to live 40 more years in a wheelchair?’. But i felt this questions made me feel understood and also made the suicidal thoughts disappear. And i felt loved. So what i mean is that a partner can make you feel guilty for this thoughts that you can’t control, and other partner can help you to not take yourself too seriously and dissolve the desire for dying.

And one more question. Your daughter will be a teenager one day. And she will have a period when she will totally rebel against you. There will be mean things she will say. Let’s be honest we are all traumatized and we are going to hurt our kids as well. But the question is what do you prefer your daughter to be angry about? Here you have many choices why she can be angry at you: because you separated from her mother, because you couldn’t forgive her mother, because you were a depressed father, because you never opened your heart and love again and now she doesn’t know how to love, because you had bad habits. Or maybe you can do whatever you can to be the person you want to be and one day hopefully she will only hate you for your music taste and become a rebel and listen to the music you don’t like.

This is just another coworker. In order to do well at your job may have to communicate, but you would do so differently than anybody else you work alongside

@@dingguite2014 yes i did no contact for 3 months thn i contacted her got her to meet me and we hooked up quiet a few times but she was not ready for commitment while i was in no contact i worked on my body i lost 15kgs and i landed up getting my dream job and i am moving out of my country while i was in a situationship with her and she was just giving me breadcrums and i was getting so fucking hurt by that and i decided to end this situationship yesterday and she blamed me that i used her and we had this huge ugly fight yesterday and now i am glad she broke up with me and i really dont want her in my life anymore and i have decided to move on

I was in a relationship for 8 years. We split 6 months ago. Been in NC for a solid 5 months. She literally announced she was getting married to our mutual friends like a month after our split. She forgot everything in an instant and demonstrated to me in many ways, she wouldnt care if i even woke up. An absolute demon of a woman. I knew NC was working cuz I stopped caring. Best thing you can do. Put all your energy into not breaking it

Told her I was disappointed, but no hard feelings and wish her the best in life She wanted to remain friends and I told her no … two weeks in she swiped up on my insta story and I liked her message A week later I was feeling weak and broke NC and we had a couple chat back and forth nothing much 4 weeks later she swiped up on my story again after posting pics of specific spots we went on a date and a sad breakup song I gave her a short response and she “laughed” at it About a week later I noticed she hasn’t posted at all (very uncommon) and she hasn’t viewed my stories either Looks like she muted our accounts … mind games or just trying to move past me?

Coach Black my boyfriend broke up with me 4 months ago and I went strictly to NC. At the time f nc I would bump into him because we were leaving in the same area. On this other evening I went out with my cousins and we happened to be in the same pub. He came outside where we were sited and created conversations with my brother he was indirectly talking to my cycle about forgiveness putting an emphasis on the Lord's prayer. I didn't entertain him in fact he came our chilling area 3 times not talking to me directly but my cousins. I still continued with nc, its only yesterday when I reactivated my tiktok and discovered that he is been following my sister few months ago while on nc. He hasn't reached out to me. I'm nervou, I'm confused at times
