Black and Decker 3.6V Garden Shear Combo Keeps Jamming - FIXED!

In this video I show one fix for a constantly jamming B&D 3.6V Garden Shears/Trimmer. This may not solve everyone's problem with these. But it does provide one solution. But before you try this, be sure to clean the blades throughly and charge the battery. Both of those will cause jamming as well.
