Add cowdung, to the soil. For this we need cows, this is the only reason why cows, desi cows need to be conserved. Also, let goats and sheep sit in the fields for a few days. Increases quality of the soil.

Weight loss is a very complex topic, because there are lot of things n a complicated medical science behind weight loss. According to my Research if u wana lose weight u should follow these Eat less calories Be physical active Manage and balance these hormones Leptin, ghrelin, thyroid and cortisol Sleep well Keep ur self away from stress Avoid simple carbs n include complex carbs

@@Dreamcatcher108 Millets have serious side effects . Digestion is hard. I lost weight when I switched to millets but I lost hair too bilkul takal ho gaya thi. Kadar valli has books which we can follow but when we go back to tell the team they are nor open to critical feedback. That's sad and bad part. They interact only in what's app on groups. EAT wHAT YOUR FATHER and GRANDparents ate is the MANTRA .
