My husband just went from 87 kgs to 80 kgs in 23 days that too by brisk walk every evening and a little jogging. Im so proud of my husband and his morning diet was either sprouted moong daal ya kaley chane with cucumber apple and pear 🍐 And lunch was brown rice half katori boil subji and boil daal with just half spoon ghee in daal. And no dinner but only milk and soaked almonds.

Wrong information. The Carbs are usually very high calories meal. So the general rule is in weight loss that less eat high calories meal and burn the calories more.
