Black and White images in the fog

This is a location close to my home with out the fog its compositions are poor with having a landfill on one side and houses on the other side .When the fog comes down the compositions are beautiful for black and white photography creating minimalist ethereal images .

Beatyful images with the light comming behind the fog. How long exposure do you use?

Hi Paul on this shoot with a ten stop filter the exposures where around 40/45 secs iso 100 @ f 11 or f 16
