It doesn't feel like Troyes in space. Game play is distinct enough to make this game feel unique.

This attracts and repels me at the same time. Love the theme, love the aesthetics, dont love the complexity and "abstracteness" of the mechanics relative to theme (wait I've to use dice to see an strategy of moving tiles around in an optimal way with each tile being different and argh...) and the typical euro festival of icons everywhere... I'm really on the fence.

I would call ease of play fairly low. This is not an easy game to learn; it takes some time for all the little aspects to really click. It's a good game, but easy play... hahaha no.

I have to say I dig the art style but the theme really is not doing it for. To the contrary...my group would certainly never feel like giving this a chance. Troyes would fare a lot better.

You really go into the details of the game deeply before ever explaining like what kind of game it is or what the goal was. Thought it was a very poor and confusing way of doing a game review. I would leave the detailed rules explanations to those who are more skilled at explaining rules in the future and just give us your critical review of the game after a more direct overview of the game.

I disagree, I feel like I can already play this game after watching a 15 minute explanation. And the general consensus is that's a pretty hard game to learn so that's a feat. I would always take this review over something like "this a worker placement euro game where you play as an AI commanding a ship and try to score the most points, it's really good".

I just can't appreciate the art of space games, to me they all look So. Incredibly. Boring! The only exception is Tiny Epic Galaxy - which I own - and only because all planets have different pictures.

Definitely not a fan of the art style and especially the colour pallette for the game, it looks garish to me but I appreciate it's totally subjective.

Zee sometimes I feel like you go down your checklist, but at the same time it kind of distracts from giving your opinions, especially spontaneous feelings or thoughts on the game. It kind of makes it hard at times to really understand what you think about a game.

yeah i also dont think this looks fun. Just a ton of fiddliness, rules and too many moving parts and sub boards, etc. It looks like a nightmare to teach and i doubt it would get to the table often.

Just trying something new. Several folks were asking for something along those lines, and I've gotten some positive feedback from it. It's hard (read: impossible) to please everyone, but I always strive to improve.

I really like the idea and content of the bottom line with the overall rating. The delivery could be a bit smoother (compared to the rest of your review which is very smooth) but I'm sure that will come in time
