Hi! Fall is the pie season and we thought we would show you guys how to make a delicious classic from One Piece : the cherry pie Kurohige (or Blackbeard) loves so much! we show you how to make the best pie crust ever (quote us on that) really easily for a delicious comforting dessert, try it guys!
Black Beard cherry pie recipe:

-200g flour
-4g salt
-30g sugar
-115g cold butter
-40g cold water
-350g cherries
-30g corn starch
-2tbs lemon juice
-50g sugar
-15g butter

How do I make the dough clump together properly without adding more water? The dough is too dry to stick together.

So sorry for the late answer~ Depending on the type of flour you're using you might need more water as some flours are more absorbant and need a little bit more moisture! Don't worry about it tho, just add 2 tsp at a time next time if it doesnt form a dough quickly, but not too much either and you should be fine. 😊✨

@@WholeCakeIsland I added around 6 teaspoons to get the biggest crumbs. more importantly, the biggest mistake I made was not flouring the pin and dough the first time, which made the dough unworkable. It had nothing to do with the water! I'm new to cooking so that wasn't common sense to me. For some reason though, I couldn't get the dough to be solid like in the video, even after putting in the freezer for 40 mins could that be the extra water's fault? The pie was still good anyways!

Tu peux diviser les ingrédients de la pâte par 2 et l'étaler plus fine 😊 mais du coup la pâte cuira moins longtemps
