When an object absorbs all the radiation incident on it, known as Blackbody. Due to the absorption of radiation, the temperature of the black body increases. Due to an increase in temperature body starts to radiate radiation. This radiation is known as Blackbody Radiation.

Radiation takes place at every Temperature. It is not necessary for the temperature of body to be more than the surrounding temperature

If two object have different temperature, then Heat will always flow from High temperature to low temperature. And Radiation is one of the method (Conduction, convection and Radiation) to flow Heat or energy.
