~~~ I was so happy to find Deschutes Black Butte Porter here in Florida a few months back. I've had their Anniversary version and it was fantastic. A drinkable dark beer for summer in Florida. Low ABV. While I was in Ohio, I went over to Great Lakes Brewing and had a Nitro Imperial Porter on tap that was amazing. DEE-licious !!! Two more months of the heat. Great review. CHEERS !!!

Looks like they're finally entering a bunch of markets on the East Coast and in the South. Cool to see! I've had numerous vintages of the Black Butte Anniversary, and it's always a fun time. I’ve been trying a ton of NA beers recently and so far Deschutes is the only one that makes NA beer that FEELS like real beer. Not thin or watery like most others. If I was handed either of them blind I wouldn’t know they were NA. Cheers!

Noice, Chad! For me, the Fresh Squeeze N/A IPA was a little lacking, but it also wasn't super fresh. That said, this beer blew me away from a non-alcoholic perspective. Like you said, it doesn't feel like a non-alcoholic beer. Even comparing it to the base like I did in the video, you can tell the quality is there. Pretty wild. Would be cool to see more N/A beers from them. Thanks for the comment, dude! Cheers!

I'd love to get your opinion on the N/A version, Rick. It really does stack up, all things consider. The base beer is so good, so it's tough to do, but I think they did a fantastic job. Hope you have a great weekend, brother! Cheers!

You guys definitely get Deschutes, so I feel you should be able to find this one. It's the best N/A beer that I've had to date. Almost tastes like a regular beer! Cheers, man!

That’s pretty exciting honestly. I was planning on doing dry January again next year and if this is like 90% of the way to the regular Black Butte that would be amazing. I would just do stout season for a month. Haha. Next time I go beer shopping and if it’s there I’ll grab one and let you know what I think. Our palettes are mostly on the same page so I’m sure I’ll like this as well.
